What are the fabric materials of folding tents?
1. 420D Oxford cloth is one of the common varieties. The printing effect of using 420D Oxford cloth for
advertising tents is better. Because it has the advantages of novel style,waterproof and fireproof performance
after dyeing and coating process treatment.
2. 600D Oxford cloth The fabric has a fine weave, soft luster, water resistance and fire resistance is relatively
good. It is refined by relaxation, predetermined type, alkali reduction after soft setting, the reverse side of the
fabric and then coated by rubber and plastic. Because it is a fabric between 420D and 800D, the thickness of
600D is thicker than 420D, but at the same time slightly thinner than 800D.
3. 800D Oxford fabric is thicker than 600D and will cost much more. This fabric is very wear-resistant and is
used to customize outdoor retractable tents, army tents, etc. Customized folding tents made of 800D Oxford
fabric are less used. The fabrics commonly used are 420D and 600DP.
4.1680D Oxford fabric is a new type of environmentally friendly raw fabric,1680D is characterized by PVC-free,
non-toxic, odourless, fire resistant, cold and frost resistant. 1680D Oxford fabric is the most used in the snowy
places in the north, because the cold resistance of this fabric will not change its nature when it is -25ºC.
